Minimum 5 years experience pension consultancy plus 5 years` administration or other relevant pensions experience at consultancy*in house team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients.
You must must have had sufficient exposure to the corporate pensions market to enable them to make an immediate contribution to the servicing of a demanding portfolio of clients within a very short timescale. Ideally, we would prefer a someone from a fee-based background
FPC 1, 2 & 3 will have been achieved, or have made significant progress towards, PMI.
This is a new Consultant role brought about by the need to share the consultancy team`s heavy workload. It would not suit a candidate with narrow experience or with little Group Pensions experience.
We would consider candidates from in-house or insurance company backgrounds provided that they can successfully make a switch to a client-focussed, commercial environment.
